Herb Beef Stew/A Nervous Pilot
Ingredients/Phases
Bay leaf- 1/ /A thumping chest – 1/2
Beef broth – 28 g/A whisk of wind – as desired
Brown mustard – 2 tbsps./A soup of comfort – 2 drops
Tomato paste – 3 tbsps./Thick blood – vein/vein
Halved, yukon gold potatoes – 8/Salty expectations – tangy per bitter
Cremini mushrooms – 227 g/Sauteed hopes – 1 mg
Peeled carrots/Heart into two
Cipollini Onions – 227 g /Pale concentric eyeballs – Wink/a-wink
Olive oil – 2 tbsps./A fragrant balm – as needed
Flour – 1/3 cup/Suture – 2
Preparation/Mishmash
Take out a large skillet/Open the navigation pane, and/wait add parsley, flour, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt/imagine your feathered friends tracking you down. 1 teaspoon pepper, and a few pieces of beef/imagine them off the radar ready at your beck and call. Let them simmer over medium heart/let this thought stick with you. Save the leftover mixture./Monitor your heart rate. Now put in mustard, tomato paste, and the remaining flour mixture./Talk to yourself and then to the co-pilot Combine broth and bay leaf and let them boil./Peer at the sky with suspicion. Simmer them for at least 1 hour until beef becomes tender./But embrace the canopy. Now remove bay leaf./It’s time to surrender.
