WWPH seeks submissions for the 2016 Jean Feldman Poetry Prize and 2016 WWPH Fiction Prize. Award: $1,000 plus publication & 50 promotional copies (+ cover design stipend). Writers who live within a 75-mile radius of the US Capitol in DC, Maryland and Virginia are eligible. The winning manuscripts will be published in the fall of 2016; authors agree to join the non-profit cooperative. Blind submissions via Submittable. $25 reading fee.
