Towson University Prize for Literature: $1,000 given annually for a book of poetry, fiction, or creative nonfiction for a current resident of Maryland who has lived in the state at least 3 years. Books published within the past 3 years or scheduled for publication in 2016 are eligible. Publishers, institutions, or individuals may submit 3 copies of a book or manuscript. No entry fee.
