10th Annual Poetry Contest, judged by Sheila Black. Top 3 winners get cash prizes ($500, $250, $250) and publication in The Quarry, plus free registration to the 2018 Split This Rock Festival. The first prize winner will be invited to read their poem on the main stage of that festival. Submit up to 3 poems that are “socially engaged poems, poems that reach beyond the self to connect with the larger community or world, poems of provocation and witness.” $20 reading fee; submit online.
