8th Annual Meditation Poetry Contest. Up to 3 previously unpublished poems of any length or style with a theme of Meditation or Mindfulness. Poems may reflect any discipline, faith, or none. Winners get cash prizes ($200/$150/$100), and are published on the Spirit First website, blog, and newsletter. Email submissions with poems all in a single file attachment (but not in PDF format) or in the body of a single email; include full contact information.
