The 5th Annual Meditation Poetry Contest from Spirit First seeks poems of any length or style on the themes of meditation, mindfulness, silence, stillness or solitude. Poems must be previously unpublished. Send up to 3 poems. First prize: $175; Second: $125; Third: $75. Poems must be submitted in the body of a single email by January 31, 2014. No entry fee.
