Exploring and Sharing the Pleasures of Poetry, led by Janet Harrison. For older teens and adults, beginning or experienced poets. Bring poems to share, your own or written by others. This will not be a formal critical workshop, but rather a gentle exploration of poems and what they mean in our lives. Brief introduction to some specific forms of poetry provided, with a handout that includes some suggested exercises for those who want to explore further. Other than poems, please bring a notebook and a pen; bug spray might also be helpful. $10 suggested donation. See website for directions.
