“Confluence: Translation in the Capital Area” seeks proposals for presentations and workshops for their conference at Montgomery College in Takoma Park on September 26 and 26, 2015. Proposals should address: translation techniques and practices; the business of translation; and/or the art of literary translation. The conference will include a keynote address on Friday evening followed by a reception, and workshops all day Saturday, culminating in an open mic event hosted by DC-ALT.
