2017 Kathy Fish Fellowship for a writer of flash fiction. The winner will be a virtual “writer in residence” at SmokeLong Quarterly, and published in four quarterly issues (March, June, September and December 2017), win a stipend of $500, and have the opportunity to work with staff and participate in online writing workshops. Open to writers previously unpublished in the journal, who do not have a published chapbook or full-length book (or are not under contract for a book). No application fee, but $5 donation is suggested. Winner announced in December.
